• Develop content strategies from ideation to implementation that align with brand identity, customer needs, and business goals, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory standards across all digital content assets and channels.
• Create and optimize digital content to improve user experience, drive traffic, and support lead generation.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, UI/UX experts, writers, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and content alignment.
• Analyze content performance using web analytics tools and apply insights to refine strategy, improve outcomes, and inform governance best practices.
• Stay informed on industry trends, SEO best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance content effectiveness.

• Long‑standing experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or B2B web content development.
• People, process, and project management focused—driven by an innate curiosity to learn and evolve best practices while managing existing workflows.
• Experience working globally or in matrixed, regulated B2B industries.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to extract actionable insights that inform content decisions.
• Excellent storytelling and communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and customer engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO, and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Familiarity with the Agile framework for project execution.

The annual salary range for this role is $135,000 - $150,000. This range is based on the role’s responsibility level and the current market. The position is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
