• Responsible for managerial aspects of multifamily projects including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution
• Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in proposal meetings with owners to review scope and provide value‑engineering ideas
• Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors
• Conduct biweekly job‑site meetings
• Partner with the Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines

• At least 5‑10 years of project management experience running multifamily projects
• Design/build experience preferred
• Estimating experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required
