Director of Business Operations

Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Hybrid in Framingham, MA

A community-focused organization in the healthcare services sector is seeking a Director of Business Operations to oversee daily business functions and support financial and billing processes. This role includes managing operational workflows, supervising staff, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

• Oversee day-to-day business operations and supervise team members
• Manage billing processes, revenue cycle activities, and payroll functions
• Prepare and review financial reports and analyze trends for leadership
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and support system enhancements

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in medical or third-party billing and revenue cycle management
