Jr Change Management Manager needs 1-5 years of experience in change management/ organization development (no more than 5 years
- Change management
- Project management
- ERP implementation is a plus
- Prosci certified is a plus
- Change exp outside of IT will work (ex: retail)
- Tech implementation exp is a plus
- Conduct needs assessments to design change management processes and interventions.
- Provide administration and analysis of surveys and focus groups.
- Deliver feedback on analysis to teams as requested.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to enhance client engagements.
- Provide change management training as needed
