Whatyou will be doing:
As the Sr Manager of Facility Solutions Sales Technical Training, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our sales organization’s capabilities and shaping the future of our business. You will lead and develop a dedicated team, including a Senior FS Technical Trainer and a Program Manager Print, to design and deliver high-impact learning solutions. Your work will directly drive improved sales performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth in the Facility Solutions and Print categories.
By supporting strategic marketplace expansion and strengthening vendor partnerships, you will empower sellers to confidently position high-value, technically complex products and solutions. Your influence will ensure our team is equipped with the technical expertise and consultative selling skills to excel in a competitive marketplace.
You are an engaging facilitator and presenter, able to connect with diverse audiences and build credibility with sales teams and customers. You possess strategic vision paired with practical execution, leveraging analytical thinking and industry expertise to solve problems and drive results. Your exceptional organization and project management skills, coupled with a passion for continuous learning, enable you to lead teams through change and foster a culture of accountability and growth.
Curiosity, adaptability, and an agile, learner mindset are your hallmarks.
- 7+ years designing and delivering scalable, high-quality learning programs across a distributed workforce
- 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role
- Proven experience leading technical or sales training programs and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage without authority.
- Experience in the Jan/San industry, Facility Solutions, or Print categories.
- Background in strategic planning for training and sales capability development.
- Track record of contributing to marketplace expansion and building vendor partnerships.
Strong problem-solving skills rooted in analytical and industry knowledge.
