Alpha Graphics Framingham, a full‑service print organization, is seeking a full‑time print production specialist to work in our production department. Alpha Graphics Framingham was recently named Best of Framingham Print Center.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the print production process including but not limited to digital printing, large format printing, bindery and graphic installation as required. This is a print production position, not a graphic design position.

We are looking for a high‑energy, self‑motivated individual who is team oriented. The ability to work independently, finish assignments on time, follow directions and willingness to pitch in wherever needed are key attributes.

Experience in print production is a plus; however, others with the desired traits are considered. Hands‑on training will be provided. Must be able to lift paper (up to 50 lbs.) and learn to operate computer‑based equipment. This position offers excellent opportunities for advancement commiserate with skills.

Paid holidays, sick time and vacation time as well as a profit‑sharing program are some of the benefits. Hourly pay is paid weekly. Hourly rate will be determined based on experience.

Alpha Graphics centers (locations) are independently owned and operated. The posted positions are offered by individual franchisees who interview, hire, manage and pay the employees hired for positions in a specific local location (center) through their specific business.
