Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Primary Care in a Psychiatric Setting – Natick, MA
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Leonard Morse. The NP will provide primary care services to patients undergoing psychiatric treatment while they are inpatient at the facility. This role is a core member of the treatment team and requires working largely independently, with at least two years of experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday during normal business hours, with no on‑call or weekend shifts, offering an optimal work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive primary care to inpatient psychiatric patients.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare providers.
- Manage acute and chronic medical issues, coordinate referrals, and document patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinical protocols.
- Current license and certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum of two years of NP experience, preferably inpatient or psychiatric settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
