Compensation

Up to 20,000 sign‑on bonus based on eligibility.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑quality, safe, cost‑effective, total nursing care to all patients and assume responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process.
  • Direct care according to established standards of safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control, with the goal of discharging patients with optimum care.
  • Coordinate and plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
  • Perform and fulfill all HICS (hospital incident command system) responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed during emergency and/or disaster situations.
  • Understand the hospital’s emergency codes and adhere to the hospital policies and procedures for each code.
  • Perform related duties as required.
Requirements

Required:

  • Education:

    Graduated from a state‑approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Certification:
    • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
    • CPR certification.

Preferred:

  • Education:

    Academic degree in nursing (bachelor’s or master’s).
