Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor residents' care according to prescribed treatment plans and document responses.
• Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room, and adhere to company procedures.
• LPN or LVN License required per state regulations.
