Per collaborative agreement and/or state requirements, Tenet Healthcare and Leonard Morse Hospital are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team working with Behavioral Health unit in Natick, Massachusetts, on a PRN basis. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a seasoned group of physicians and advanced practice providers dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the community.
The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of outpatient Family Medicine experience and thrive in a flexible, collaborative environment.
- PRN schedule with weekend and weekday coverage as needed.
- Responsible for providing medical coverage for inpatient behavioral health patients.
- 4–6 hour shifts a month on weekends and holidays.
- No procedures, call, or teaching responsibilities.
- Supportive team of 7 physicians and 5 APPs.

EducationRequired:
Master’s Prepared Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner.
Required:
Minimum two years of outpatient Family Medicine experience.
Required:
Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. RNP License. Additional certification(s) per governing board.
