Be among the first 25 applicants. Encompass Health is hiring for Nurse Aide/CNA roles with full-time, part-time, day and night shifts (12-hour shifts: 7a-7p or 7p-7a). Boston weekend positions and short-term contracts (13 weeks) are available. Summer positions may be available May-September.

$14.00/hr - $25.00/hr

• Be the connection between dedication to detail and patient outcomes that exceed expectations in rehabilitation nursing care.
• Provide direct patient care based on your training and competence, and assist an RN or LPN with patient-care tasks.
• Promote patient satisfaction and outcomes by delivering high-quality care and compassionate support.
• Help patients progress toward goals and independence, building meaningful relationships with them.

• Current CPR certification required.
• One or more years of experience in an inpatient general hospital setting preferred but not required.
• Experience with medically complex patients and sub-acute rehab unit patients preferred.
• State-issued CNA or LNA (or similar) license preferred.

• Grow your nursing tech career with a dedicated framework to progress to RNT II, III and IV roles.
• Participate in committees to influence standards of care and learn new skills to support patients.
