Overview
Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility
Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical patient care.
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis and at the unit level.
- Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.
- Be accountable to support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
