New England Donor Services seeks an experienced ICU/CCU nurse, trauma nurse, or critical care clinician to join as a Donation Coordinator on-site. You will respond to donor referrals, evaluate and manage donor cases, and collaborate with multiple hospital teams to optimize organ recovery.
You will educate staff on the donation process, obtain consent from families, and support surgeons and critical care teams during organ recovery. Orientation and ongoing training are provided.
