Blue Pearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital in Waltham, MA is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Radiologist to join our collaborative and growing team. Founded and operated by veterinarians, Blue Pearl is a national leader in specialty and emergency medicine, committed to advancing patient care and professional development.

• Annual Salary Range: $252,600-$296,000
• Production Bonus Eligibility (No Negative Accrual): Based on performance and in accordance with company policy

We're thrilled to announce that in Fall 2025, our Waltham hospital will relocate to a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Framingham, MA
. Purpose-built to support our expanding team and caseload, this hospital will feature:

• New CT scanner
• Fluoroscopy unit
• Dedicated advanced imaging suite
• Expanded clinical space and upgraded technology throughout

This move represents an exciting chapter for our hospital—creating new opportunities for growth, innovation, and elevated patient care.

Our 16,000-square-foot Waltham hospital is a multi-specialty center equipped with advanced diagnostics and a robust team of board-certified specialists in internal medicine, surgery, emergency/critical care, and anesthesiology
. We do have an established Radiologist currently supporting our Diagnostic Imaging service
, so you'll be joining a collaborative environment where you can both contribute your expertise and benefit from mentorship and peer-to-peer support! Additionally, we proudly partner with third-party cardiology and oncology groups, further enhancing our ability to provide comprehensive, interdisciplinary care.

Advanced diagnostic and surgical capabilities include:

• Laparoscopy, thoracoscopy, arthroscopy
• Phacoemulsification for cataract surgery
• Cryomatic console, laser indirect ophthalmoscope
• Ophthalmic ultrasound and electroretinography
• CT scanner
• Linear accelerator

Our board-certified anesthesiologist leads internal training programs for our technicians, and our culture of collaboration ensures that doctors feel supported, challenged, and connected.
