Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a QA Specialist II for a leading pharmaceutical partner located in Framingham, MA
.
Pay : $40-50/hr based on experience and education
Position OverviewThe QA Specialist II (Third Party Management) will oversee Third Party Quality operations at a large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing campus. This role is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality and regulatory compliance across external suppliers and partners. The position requires close collaboration with internal Quality, Manufacturing, Facilities, and cross‑functional teams to support compliant operations within a cGMP‑regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage Supplier Change Notification (SCN) processes
- Oversee third‑party quality events and support investigations and corrective actions
- Support the Quality Agreement program, including drafting, maintenance, and periodic reviews
- Partner cross‑functionally with QC, Facilities, and Manufacturing teams to resolve quality and compliance issues
- Ensure third‑party activities align with internal quality standards and global regulatory requirements
- Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives related to supplier governance
- Maintain accurate documentation within electronic quality management systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- Minimum of 6 years of Quality and/or Operations experience within a biotech or pharmaceutical cGMP manufacturing environment
- Strong experience in Supplier Quality or Third‑Party Quality Management
- Proficiency with Veeva Quality Management Systems
- Working knowledge of global pharmaceutical regulations (U.S., EU, Canada, Japan, Australia)
- Ability to gown and enter manufacturing and warehouse areas as required
- Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, regulated environment
- Strong documentation, investigation, and problem‑solving skills
