Sanofi's contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, is seeking a Laboratory Technician II for an 12 month contract that is possible to extend.

We are seeking a Lab Technician II to support a team of 12+ Scientists and Operators in a collaborative laboratory environment. This role requires hands‑on lab experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting daily lab operations. Candidates from all laboratory industries are encouraged to apply.

• Support Scientists and Operators with day-to-day laboratory activities
• Perform routine laboratory tasks in accordance with established protocols
• Accurately use pipettes for sample preparation and testing
• Conduct routine sampling and enter experimental data as required
  
  Maintain clean, organized, and compliant lab work spaces
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of laboratory equipment
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to lab procedures

• Motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Hands‑on experience using pipettes
• Previous laboratory experience (industry flexible)

• Experience with sterile technique
• Cell culture sampling and data entry experience
• Ability to troubleshoot lab equipment (BGA, OSMO, CEDEX, FLEX2, Vicell)

• Associate’s degree (AA): 2+ years of lab experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree (BS): 1+ year of lab experience in a similar role
• Master’s or PhD:
  Considered overqualified

• References will be requested for finalist candidates
• Long-term contract with potential for extension based on performance
