Salary

Starting at $41,000‑$51,000. Up to $400 monthly bonus (very achievable).

Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly experience each visit. Assistant managers have additional responsibilities, including:

  • Managing assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management)
  • Setting goals, delegating tasks to teams, following up, and reporting results to GM and restaurant management team
  • Overseeing the Guest Service Department – ensuring crew and managers deliver great customer experience, execute sales and product promotions, and train service procedures
  • Managing the Kitchen Department – ensuring quality food delivery, safety, cost control, and training production procedures
  • Managing the People Department – hiring qualified crew, training, scheduling, recognition and motivation
Qualifications

Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality. Must be 18+ years old, positive team player, flexible scheduling availability, and passionate about fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
