Promo Coordinator – Framingham, MA (Staples)

This role coordinates and executes promotional programs across key business seasons, overseeing day‑to‑day workflows and maintaining support for each promo season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seasonal Execution:
    Lead the operational planning and execution of promotional programs for core seasons including Back‑to‑School, Tax, and Holiday, ensuring all activities are completed on schedule and to standard.
  • Display & Asset Management:
    Coordinate the setup, distribution, and maintenance of promotional displays from the vendor to Distribution Center, to stores, ensuring stores have the necessary materials to support the season.
  • Process & Systems Maintenance:
    Perform ongoing maintenance and updates to Promo systems such as EPP, POGWeb, The Hub, ACE, and Galaxy, ensuring accuracy and consistency in promotional execution.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with Senior Merchants and teams in Merchandising, Inventory, Store Operations, Communications, Pricing, and US Store and Field teams to ensure alignment and execution of promotional strategies and requirements.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Experience in retail operations, merchandising coordination, or promotional program management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional partnership and store support.
  • Proficiency with relevant systems (EPP, POGWeb, The Hub, ACE, Galaxy) preferred.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
