Framingham, MA. Starting hourly rate is $18.75; pay range $18.75 – $28.15 per hour.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and to support guest needs.
• Sort, receive and move freight to the sales floor; locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability on the floor through priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with effective signing.
• Manage fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests; facilitate guest needs from fitting rooms back to the sales floor as needed.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting them with their needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Adhere to safety, ethics, and compliance; report hazards and follow safety policies.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to climb ladders; safely handle and move merchandise (up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 44 pounds occasionally).
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments; remain mobile during shifts.
