• Greet every customer and proactively approach them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs, such as customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15–35 lbs occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Pay Range: $15.50 – $24.25 per hour (subject to location, experience, and position offered).
