Customer Service Representative/Sales Representative:
Full Time (40 hrs week)
- Job Description:
includes but is not limited too: - Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Handling incoming and out-going merchandise
- Processing sales and transactions
- Establishing and building repertoire with customers
- Knowledge of ASC processing system
- Handling incoming calls regarding product, stock levels, and order status
- Communicate with employees between all four locations
- Product and repair recommendations for clients
- Evaluate and record all jewelry conditions on incoming repairs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous fine jewelry or retail experience preferred but not required
- Great work ethic and ability to function in a team dynamic
- Ability to properly communicate with customers and staff
- Basic computer skills
- High organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work weekends and extended holiday hours
- Previous fine jewelry or retail experience preferred but not required
