Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Licensed Sales Producer based in Framingham, MA, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Licensed Sales Producer will focus on selling insurance products, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes providing consultations, educating clients about coverage options, and handling policy renewals. Additionally, the candidate will participate in training initiatives to stay updated on industry standards and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry practices
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills to interact effectively with clients
• Proven sales abilities with a focus on consultative selling approaches
• Experience in training or mentoring team members is a plus
• State licensure as an insurance producer (or willingness to obtain)
• Proficiency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desirable
• Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with technology platforms and tools used in modern insurance processes
