Job Description
Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.
Our Lead Client Solutions Executive earns between $105,400 and $158,000, with total compensation potentially reaching $170,400 to $223,000 when including commissions. Individuals may receive additional rewards and benefits that AT&T offers. Salary may vary by geography, experience, education, and training.
What You’ll Do- Client Relationship and Account Management:
Identify, build, and maintain long‑term client relationships, utilizing consultative skills to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction. - Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand/retain existing accounts, meeting or exceeding revenue targets. - Market and Trend Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. - RFP Response Management:
Develop and submit detailed responses to Requests for Proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities. - Customer Support and Dispute Resolution:
Resolve customer disputes and account discrepancies, providing effective solutions to billing, installation, and other issues. - Sales
Activities:
Meet customers, engage in on‑site sales activities, communicate via phone, teleconference, e‑mail, and travel to customer premises as needed. Provide technical expertise on sales issues and prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing plans. - Additional Tasks:
Work with external partners for solution development and research customer business and industry to identify new sales opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 8+ years of related sales experience.
- Senior‑level sales representative with advanced understanding of sales principles, practices, products, and services.
- Ability to manage large, complex sales with minimal supervision.
- Track record of meeting higher‑than‑average sales quotas or territories.
- Strong communication, data analysis, problem‑solving skills, and experience mentoring colleagues.
No direct supervisor.
