  Fully remote training to set you up for success (M‑F, 10 am‑3 pm)
• Work set‑up:
  Hybrid after the conclusion of training 2 days per week on‑site in Framingham

• Assess family eligibility for childcare financial assistance/subsidy programs
• Provide accurate information on local childcare programs and providers
• Enter data accurately into various online systems, ensuring data integrity

• Bi‑lingual Required (Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole) plus English
• At least 1 year experience in:
  Health and Human Services or Call Center experience
• Experience with childcare subsidy programs or service referrals is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to get to Framingham, MA for a hybrid work set‑up
