Bilingual Haitian Creole/English Information Specialist We are seeking a Bilingual Haitian Creole & English-speaking Information Specialist to support families in accessing childcare financial assistance and local childcare resources. This role combines community impact with professional growth, offering AIRS (Alliance for Information & Referral Systems) certification and comprehensive training.

• Assess family eligibility for childcare financial assistance and subsidy programs
• Provide accurate information about local childcare providers and resources
• Accurately enter and maintain case information in online systems

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Health & Human Services or Call Center support
• Prior exposure to childcare subsidy programs or service referral systems preferred
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with on-site availability in Framingham, MA

• Previous experience assisting diverse communities with resource navigation
• Familiarity with nonprofit or government-funded service programs
• Customer service in a social services or family assistance setting

• Fluency in Haitian Creole and English (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of childcare subsidy programs or case management systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or other data management tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse populations
