• Develop and maintain Workforce Management applications and integrations using UKG Pro WFM and related technologies

• Design, configure, and deploy scalable solutions aligned with user‑centered design principles

• Write efficient, reusable, and high‑quality code to support critical WFM capabilities

• Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to define, design, and deliver solutions within Agile sprints

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across production and test environments

"
• 5–10 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer
"
"
• Hands‑on experience with UKG Pro WFM and Boomi integrations
"
"
• Strong knowledge of Kronos Workforce Integrations Manager (WIM) and UKG Pro
"
"
• 3+ years developing and testing applications using UKG Pro or similar WFM tools
"
"
• Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills
"
"

"
"
• Expertise in Workforce Central, UKG Pro WFM Time & Attendance, Schedule Optimization, or ATK applications
"
"
• Experience with Middleware technologies such as Boomi, Apigee, or MOVEit Automation
"
"
• Familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server database environments
"
"
• Proficiency with Git/Git Lab, Sonar Qube, JIRA, and Confluence
"
"
• Knowledge of Oracle HRIS, Workday, or other HR/payroll system integrations
"
