Inventory Specialist

Location: Framingham, MA

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours may vary)

We're seeking an Inventory Specialist to help maintain accurate inventory records, support material flow, and ensure products are available when needed. If you enjoy problem‑solving, data accuracy, and working with both inventory systems and physical materials, this could be the opportunity for you.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates
• Receive, inspect, store, and track incoming materials
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure material availability
• Organize stock locations for efficiency and accessibility
• Prepare inventory reports and assist with audits
• Support shipping and receiving activities as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or materials management experience
• Experience using ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment
