Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Frankfort, IL, for the Vice President of Sales & Customer Service. The VP will oversee customer service and sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering relationships with clients and team members. Responsibilities include leading sales strategies, managing customer service excellence, developing team training programs, and setting performance metrics to achieve company goals. The role also involves evaluating market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service and optimize customer experiences.
