Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries (phone & email)
• Enter new orders and verify accuracy of customer PO details
• Provide lead times, order updates, and shipping notifications
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, quality, and shipping to resolve issues
• Prepare order confirmations, basic quotes, and required documentation
• Assist customers with part status, inventory questions, or changes to orders
• Maintain accurate digital records and customer communication history
• Escalate customer concerns or nonconformance issues as needed
• Support general office and administrative duties as required

• Experience in manufacturing customer service
  , order entry, or inside sales
• Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to read and interpret basic manufacturing information (part numbers, POs, etc.)

• Experience working with an ERP system (Pro Shop,JobBOSS, E2, Global Shop, Mie Trak, etc.)
• Knowledge of machining processes or industrial manufacturing
• Familiarity with production scheduling or supply chain flow
• Ability to interpret simple engineering prints
• Experience handling customer accounts or key-account communication
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
