We are a premier ABA provider for children with autism. If you are a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours, this is the perfect opportunity to gain the path toward becoming a BCBA.

Base pay: $24.00/hr – $30.00/hr (based on experience and supervision hour completion).

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited master’s program.
• Provide early intervention therapy in a center‑based setting, working with children aged 18 months to 8 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA’s and team members dedicated to ABC’s core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week on direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
