Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (Based on Experience)

Frankfort Law Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing practice. This is a full-time, in-office position designed for an attorney who thrives in a client-facing role and is eager to develop their skills across several dynamic practice areas, including litigation, probate, estate planning, and real estate law. Newly licensed attorneys welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court and administrative proceedings

• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, wills, trusts, and real estate contracts

• Conduct legal research and case strategy development

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

• Manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois

• 0–3+ years of experience (Salary commensurate with experience)

• Strong interest or experience in litigation, probate, estate planning, or real estate law

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable meeting with clients and appearing in court
