Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

Starting Salary Range: 70K–90K based on experience

The range reflects a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. Compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis.

• Manage, direct, and coordinate all activities related to a production shift to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality.
• Supervise 50+ employees.
• Coordinate with Scheduler to ensure daily production requirements are achieved.
• Conduct supervisory duties, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
• Plan, assign, and direct work.
• Appraise performance.
• Reward and discipline employees.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Ensure all production data is gathered and reported correctly on a daily basis.
• Support and improve quality initiatives designed to meet plant goals.
• Ensure safety programs are implemented effectively, reviewed regularly, and revised as necessary.

• BA/BS degree preferred (business, engineering).
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in group situations.
• Ability to deal effectively with conflict in a mature and consistent manner.
• Good computer skills.
• SAP experience preferred.
