As a Shift Manager, you will be expected to successfully operate the restaurant and achieve its goals. These goals include developing and maintaining a team, meeting sales and guest count targets, managing labor and food costs, and ensuring proper training is completed. To be hired as a manager, you must have prior management experience. If you have no prior experience and want to become a manager, we are willing to hire you as a crew person and train you for the role.
