Exciting opportunity to be part of the ground floor of our transitioning food & beverage, event, and banquet operations. We are seeking motivated individuals with or without prior guest service training. This is a great chance to join our guest service team as we launch a new food and beverage operation in our sports/golf dome in Winter . Additionally, we will be closing, renovating, and re-opening our restaurant in Spring 2023 with a fresh new look.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Bartender/Waitstaff

• Knowledge of spirits, beer, food, and the ability to serve customers with high-quality customer service
• Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work within a team framework
• Support food runners, drink runners, and bussers
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and work areas with attention to detail
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Greeters/Runners

• Deliver cold, freshly poured drinks to guests promptly with enthusiasm
• Deliver hot, freshly prepared food to guests promptly with enthusiasm
• Assist guests to their bay areas and help with setup for a great experience
• Guide guests to utilize our food and beverage services
• Both roles require the highest level of customer service
