Jersey Mike's is a brand focused on quality ingredients, intention, and helping customers. A Jersey Mike's Team Member provides amazing customer service, helps clean work stations, prepares and rings orders at the cash register, assists with unloading delivery trucks twice a week, and participates in general cleaning.

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to standards.
• Ring orders on the cash register and process payments.
• Clean and maintain work stations and dining areas.
• Assist with unloading delivery trucks twice per week.
• Assist with general cleaning and store upkeep as needed.

• Minimum age: 16 years old.
• Ability to work a shift between 7:00 am and 9:30 pm (store hours 10 am–9 pm, open daily).
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required by duties.

All hourly employees are paid by the hour, with tips added to bi-weekly paychecks. Jersey Mike's pays above minimum wage for non-tipped employees; tips are additional earnings from customer service.
