This role provides a base pay range of $15.25/hr - $17.25/hr

As a Famous Footwear Seasonal Associate, you will create a welcoming environment and foster an in‑store culture that encourages customers to feel loyal to the store, the brands, and the company. • Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) run smoothly, keeping the store clean and organized.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Embed Famous culture by delivering stellar customer engagement and consistent top‑notch experiences.
• Elevate to Your Goal‑Crushing Era: Take accountability for effort and impact, review store performance and drive sales with purpose and urgency.

• Be a Shoe‑Off: Act as a shoe sleuth, recommending perfect styles that meet each customer’s needs.

Essential Functions: Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure the needs of the business are met. Overtime hours may be required.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Positive communication skills with associates at all levels.
• Independent judgment and discretion when needed.
• Knowledge of general retail practices.
• Effective teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. with proper equipment.
• Perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
