We are seeking a driven Sales Associate to join our Frankfort team. If you’re passionate about health, fitness, and helping others live well and you thrive in a sales-focused environment, this is the perfect role for you.
What You’ll DoDrive Membership Sales: Make 50+ outbound calls daily to leads and prospects to generate new memberships.
Overcome Objections: Confidently address client concerns and guide them toward becoming long-term members.
Deliver an Exceptional
Experience:
Provide top-tier customer service to every guest, whether in-person, over the phone, or online.
Follow Up Consistently: Manage a pipeline of leads, track communication, and nurture relationships until the sale closes.
Represent Wellness with Passion: Share the benefits of infrared and red-light therapy with authenticity and enthusiasm.

Collaboration:
Support studio goals, assist with events, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
Experienced in fitness, wellness, or membership sales with a proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
Confident communicator you shine on the phone and in person.
Driven, competitive, and motivated by both personal goals and team success.
Skilled at handling objections and closing deals.
Customer-service minded with a genuine passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively.
