Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include managing inside sales, conducting outreach to prospects, delivering compelling product information, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth. The role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development, including identifying opportunities and closing deals
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with the food manufacturing or equipment industry is an advantage
