Job Responsibilities
Customer Relations
: ability to professionally interact with external and internal clients
- ? Shown ability to discuss with customers any issues that exist with their retail loan account regardless of the situation
- ? Ability to use multiple avenues in order to communicate with clients
Problem Solving
: the ability to handle difficult or unexpected situations in the workplace as well as complex business challenges
- ? Maintaining the Bank's assets by following compliance regulations and the requirements of third parties such as FHLMC (Freddie Mac) and FHLBI.
- ? Finding win-win solutions, when at all possible, in working with TFB clients
Teamwork & Cooperation: works well with others during conversations, projects, meetings or other collaborations
- ? Accept responsibility for the performance of the team
- ? Communicate in a clear, personable, professional manner
