We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Homecare Caregivers. As a Homecare Caregiver, you will be responsible for delivering essential personal care services tailored to meet the unique needs of our patients.
Responsibilities- Assist with patient laundry when necessary
- Provide medication reminders
- Ensure patient safety
- Report significant changes in the patient's condition directly to their supervisor
- Prepare light meals and assist with patient feeding when required
- Monitor and record patient temperature
- Assist patients with ambulation
- Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols
- Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines
- Offer bathing assistance
- Perform light housekeeping
- Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Preferred:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience - Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided
- Current CPR certification
- Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws
- Competitive weekly pay ($14 - $16 WEEKLY)
