Overview
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Frankfort, IN plant. This is a full-time salaried position Monday to Friday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM). You will provide leadership to mechanics on multiple shifts and work closely with all departments in the facility, including Manufacturing, Shipping, Warehousing, Receiving, and Maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of plant equipment and developing methods to enhance or upgrade manufacturing processes to eliminate waste, reduce costs, and improve overall production productivity.

- You will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of plant equipment and developing methods to enhance or upgrade manufacturing processes to eliminate waste, reduce costs, and improve overall production productivity.
- Provide leadership to mechanics on multiple shifts and collaborate with all plant departments to support manufacturing operations.
- At least 5 years experience managing employees in a multi-shift plant environment.
- Depth of technical and operational expertise, strong planning and problem solving skills, project management experience, and the ability to influence and lead by example.
- Experience with robotics, PLC, electrical, hydraulic & fluid power, troubleshooting via PLC software (preferably Allen Bradley), reading/interpreting schematics and blueprints, and light fabrication with the ability to oversee and train others.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate and follow up. Strong interpersonal and team-building skills and the ability to influence and motivate others. Bachelor’s degree is desired.
- Safety-minded with thorough knowledge of occupational hazards and related safety practices.
- Ability to understand technical service manuals and maintain basic records for repair work. PLC practical experience and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
- Ability to operate a personal computer and use basic computer applications, including computer-generated parts and service manuals.
- Maintain a current state Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record. Must be able to work various hours and on-call duties when necessary.
