• Weigh and label packages.
• Inspect materials to ensure there is no damage.
• Produce daily schedule targets to meet productivity.
• Create labels for finished goods and production reporting.
• Use a variety of hand tools and power equipment.
• Stage material to the schedule to meet customer demand.
• Work in partnership with the Quality Department to verify materials meet industry standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards and specifications are adhered to.
• Perform changeovers on the automated machine, including diameter and lengths.
• Maintain lot integrity through the assembly process.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment while keeping the work area safe, clean and organized.

• Ability to read job tags and understand processing steps.
• Communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to operate a powered industrial truck.
• Be proficient with basic hand and power tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.

Work is performed in a distribution center environment. Standing for long periods of time is required. Lift up to 50+ pounds on occasion. Must be willing and available to work overtime, as needed.
