Position Summary
:
Pack products for customers.

• Safely operate all mobile equipment in the facility.
• Perform quality checks before packing product.
• Read bin cards to correctly process products.
• Set up scales for accurate counting of products.
• Scan bin cards to transfer information into the computer system.
• Make sure labels are correctly printed and placed on cartons.
• Follow instructions and process job specific requirements.
• Place correct pallets at the end of the pack lines ensuring both domestic and export requirements are met.
• Check first and last box of each job to ensure correct parts are packed.
• Stack cartons onto pallets following correct stacking patterns.
• Able to lift as much as 40+ pound cartons from pack line to pallet.
• Maintain cleanliness standards.
• Ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read, understand and follow instructions.
• Good math skills required.
• Ability to gauge product using correct tools.
• Ability to operate mobile equipment, such as stand‑up forklift equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 40+ pounds on a regular basis and stand 8+ hours daily.
• Knowledge of Windows based application and company specific software.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Familiarity with warehousing processes and procedures. Experience using mobile equipment.

Work is performed in a warehouse environment. Standing is required as well as use of stand‑up forklift equipment. Ability to lift and maneuver heavy containers with physical effort is required. Willingness to work overtime as well as weekends and holidays, as needed.
