• Prepare and cook menu items ensuring quality and presentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and diners in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work station.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines, including proper use of cleaning supplies and protective equipment.
• Stand and move for up to four hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in hot, damp conditions.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
• Open to learning and contributing to the team.

• Remain stationary and exert mobility for up to 4 hours.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in hot and damp environment.
• Speak clearly, listen attentively.
• Dexterity for small tools and equipment.
• Wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout shift.
• Wash hands with disinfecting soap frequently.
