As a Security Professional – Entry Control Specialist in Frankfort, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents while managing access points within a dynamic food and beverage production environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, monitoring for any unusual activity, and maintaining a visible presence to support a secure atmosphere for employees and visitors.

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and/or identification of employees, visitors, and contractors as required by site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and responding to inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site procedures.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, assisting with evacuations or other actions according to location guidelines.
• Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal management to maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors at the food and beverage facility.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
