Essential Functions and Primary Duties

Prepare various documents which may include reports, memos, letters, responses to correspondence, surveys, spreadsheets and presentations

Distribute daily correspondence such as phone calls, mail, email and faxes

Assist project work and check for completeness on file reviews

Maintain status logs

File and retrieve documents, records, and reports

Additional responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

2 years’ experience in office environment and preferably performing as an administrative assistant

Proficient use of applicable technology; specifically, Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

Data entry experience (Alpha and 10-key) desired

Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally

Ability to work with minimal supervision while fulfilling all obligations

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
