By joining our Department of Rural and Municipal Aid as an Administrative Specialist Senior in Franklin County, you’ll have the opportunity to perform high‑level administrative support to internal staff and leadership related to major funding mechanisms for counties and cities, including, but not limited to, oversight of intricate processes in managing counties, cities, and KYTC.
Responsibilities- Review County‑City Bridge Improvement Program (CCBIP) applications for accuracy and perform administrative functions relative to the program.
- Assist with processing of County Priority Projects Program applications.
- Perform administrative duties relative to rural and secondary roads, as assigned.
- Input and track projects in Excel.
- Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Docu Sign.
- Process communications with local government officials seeking CCBIP information.
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- EMars and PDP (ability and willingness to learn).
- Adobe Acrobat and Docu Sign experience.

Minimum Requirements- Education: Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor’s degree.

Skills:
