EPM Product Management Director, NetSuite

Net Suite is looking for a passionate, creative, and self-directed product leader to help lead a team of product managers responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Net Suite’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. This leader will define how organizations plan, budget, forecast, and analyze performance using the Net Suite platform, delivering capabilities that help finance and operations teams make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of business acumen, technical depth, and leadership experience, with a strong ability to drive clarity, prioritization, and execution across a complex, cross-functional environment. You will partner closely with Engineering, UX, Strategy, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that advance Net Suite’s leadership in cloud ERP

In order to be selected in the process candidates will have to demonstrate leading product strategy (roadmap) for EPM or similar financial SaaS applications.

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a people leadership role.
• Proven success managing enterprise SaaS or ERP products, ideally in financial management or performance management domains.
• Strong understanding of FP&A, financial close, or related business processes.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence without authority.
• Experience driving end-to-end product lifecycle: strategy, roadmap, launch, and adoption.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives and internal/external audiences.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
• Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success driving cross-functional execution in complex organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
