This is a full‑time, on‑site, Licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Architect role with the KY Department of Parks based in Frankfort, KY.

• Reviewing designs, plans, and overseeing architectural projects, ensuring they meet the required standards.
• Collaborating with both internal and external design teams to ensure Parks project design goals are met.
• Manage workflows and ensuring project completion on time and within budget.
• Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver high quality architectural solutions.

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, including knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methodologies.
• Experience in relevant software, appropriate to the profession, and integration as it applies to modern architectural practices.
• Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams to meet project objectives effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Current architectural license and relevant professional experience.
• A strong commitment to sustainability and innovative design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
