We are seeking a hands‑on and analytical Process/Industrial Engineer to drive improvements in manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost. This role focuses on evaluating existing operations, identifying process gaps, and implementing Lean‑based solutions to optimize production performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing practices to reduce costs, enhance workflow efficiency, and increase throughput.
• PFMEA
• Conduct time studies, capacity planning, layout optimization, and standard work documentation.
• Collaborate with teams on new product introduction, including feasibility, PFMEA, and process validation.
• Support cost analysis, ergonomic assessments, and production variance evaluations.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and lead cost‑saving and productivity projects.
• Enhance layouts, tooling, and workflows for improved efficiency and safety.
• Track KPIs and create dashboards to monitor progress.
• Maintain standard labor times, cycle data, BOMs, routings, and standard cost.
• Develop SOPs and assist in production staff training.
• Ensure proper use of tools, fixtures, and equipment for optimal yield and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• 4‑8 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.

Required Skills

• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• PFMEA
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office 365.

Preferred Skills

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.

Pay range and compensation package

Base pay of $80‑$90 plus profit sharing of 10%
